Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from PhaniTime.

If you receive a damaged or defective watch, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement where possible.

Please note:
Returns may not be accepted for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
