PhaniTime reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

PhaniTime offers delivery within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order processing.

Shipping fees may apply unless stated otherwise during promotions.

PhaniTime is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns or exchanges will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

  • The item cannot be replaced or exchanged

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
